3. Project privileges

Different project privileges can be assigned to Jems users collaborating in a project.

It is only possible to invite users who are already registered in the system. The only required parameter to identify the user is their email (that is the same as Jems username).

WARNING

In some cases, project partners may register a user in the Jems system of another Interreg programme. If this happens, an error message will appear when the project manager tries to assign project privileges.
Make sure the colleague has registered in the correct system (jems.interreg-npa.eu) and try again. If the issue persists, please contact the Jems Helpdesk.

Upon addition, there will be no notification sent to the user. The invited user will see the respective project in its Dashboard at first log in.
