Jems Upgrade to v.12
Dashboard: you can now expand or collapse the items under each section using of the Dashboard using the small arrow icons on the right-hand side.
Notifications: Jems users receive several automatic notifications in their inbox. From now on, the links in these notifications will be clickable, taking you strait to the relevant page or document in Jems!
NOTE: you must enable notifications to be sent to its email address. Click on your username in Jems to enable this function.
Global partner list of expenditure (XLS export): A new Excel export is available in the Partner Report, showing all expenditure items from all submitted partner reports.
Improved view of List of partner certificates in Project reports: It will be easier to see which certificates are included in the current report, and which have already been submitted. The two tables will be displayed separately on the same tab (“List of partner certificates”).
NOTE: When submitting a project report, please ensure the certificate period matches the report period.
Project reports - Work plan progress tab: The work plan section of a new project report is normally pre-filled with information from the last submitted report. This must be updated. Updated sections will now be marked with a yellow line on the side.
